A week earlier, Sean Tate came to Roxborough High School to check out the web class. I was really excited to meet him. I was able to show my school animation to him and he was amazed and gave me a good compliment with my work. With that, my web teacher invited him to come and speak for the Spring Showcase (which is an annual event where students from web and cinematography, well, show off their works). So with that, this gave me a chance to make him a fanart for his project “Oh! Snap.”
“Oh! Snap” is about a gang of pirates who go on adventures traveling around the world selling hair and skin cosmetics. They have only got out the first volume of the series and the second one is still in development and will be released next year. They are also planning on turning “Oh! Snap” into an animated series, possibly fro Cartoon Network. Jazz, the leader of the crew, uses a katana unlike most pirates who use a silver marine cutlass sword. Griff is a veteran pirate who uses an illegally modified hair drier as his weapon. Kiki the little monkey girl is the pilot of the ship. Bob is a machine originally designed for combat, but later turned into a maintenance robot. (And I do apologize if I drew Bob wrong. I can’t find any more reference about this character and I never drawn a robot before.) Lastly, Molly, the black sheep, is just Molly.
I have this silly idea where The Good Ol’ Days characters meet Oh! Snap. Folly bought one of Jazz’s hair products, which…eehhh gave her a new hairdo. Mari shows disapproval with their product and goes to confront them face-to-face. I hope for the future, I can have the chance to do guest star animation with one of my project. Okay we’ve seen The Batter’s boss form (spoilers), soooo how does Taizo looks like when he turns bad. After that, did more doodles of Mr.Driller meets OFF and drawing the OFF characters in the Mr. Driller style. Yes, I know it’s a bit too cute for a creepy game. I apologize. Oh and those who are unfamiliar with the Mr. Driller fandom, Taizo freaking loves camel. No reason why, he just loves them.
Last Friday night, me and Axl where having a discussing that in the alternate universe where Taizo is The Batter. Afterwards, we start discussing other characters and the elements. Discussing anything that related to Mr. Driller makes me want to draw it. So here it is. Ahhh… any fan of either fandom, you have permission to kill me.
For those who doesn’t know:
Mr. Driller, it’s a cute fast-action arcade and puzzle game where you drill deep as you can while avoiding colorful blocks and collect air capsules.
OFF is a surreal RPGmaker game where you control the being called “The Batter” as you journey off zone to zone with a sacred mission to purify the land. (BTW, it’s free.)
”Caution – Certain scenes in this game could be immensely shocking to an unwarned public. Or not …maybe….”

Hey guys how’s it going? I’ve finally got that ACT test out of the way… now’s the SAT test I need to worry about. Anyways me and my big sis got Pokémon Black2 and White2. My sis is already in Driftveil City and probably getting her 6th badge by now. I’m still way behind from everyone. I just got my 4th badge and I’m still training in Route 5. Oh well, I’ll try to catch up somehow. Anyways if anybody’s interested to battle or trade, here’s my friend code: 4513-8441-0170
