Drawing comparison from 2011 and now. How, my style changed a lot. I used to draw in a Mr. Driller like style. Now I’m more focuses on finding and experimenting different styles with each of my characters. I wanted “The Good Ol’ Days” to have that nostalgic style/animation. :)
But for now, I’ll end it here with a doodle of my characters partying.
Made myself a height comparison sheet for The Good Ol’ Days characters.
Height and names are finals, but I’m not sure with the designs. Especially Mari. Can’t decide if I should give her a long of short skirt.
But anyways, I’m happy with this so far.

Doing some redesigning on the characters again. Also I’m trying to give them a more cute cartoony look. Anyways this is all I got for tonight.
Oh if some of you notice, I’ve change Neta’s skin color. Though I may change it again, since I’m still not happy with the color. Oh and by the way, Neta’s nationality is Filipino.
And speaking of nationalities, I need to work on that with my other characters

Some small reference sheets I made for my self. I feel ashamed for forgetting each of my characters design since I have… possibly around one hundred(?) characters and still counting.

My OCs as cameos for Gemma Bright’s movie, Outcast Hero.
I’ve been watching her for quite sometime and I’m really amazed that she got this far in the production of the movie. Remember I’m still rooting of ya Gemma.

These two seems to have a strong dislike towards another. Vem’s the only member who isn’t scared to pick a fight with Mari. And Mari always fight him for last.

Ummm meet Mari Tab I guess….. (please look straight at her in the face……)
Don’t let her looks fool you. She’s a strong and loud tomboy who enjoys hanging around with her friends and maybe kick Solo and the gang’s butts.
She’s Neta’s friend(?) and bodyguard. I’m still working on her so she’s under development I guess. I think she use to be a wrestler a long time ago but she left the ring after her last fight with her mother and her biological father. Remember, it’s still sketchy and I’m still working on it. Oh and on her shoulder is Hóng, the red panda. How they met? Still working on it and the character itself.
If she’s a tomboy, why she’s wearing a dress? Well… you can say to disguising herself from the public.
And why is she friends with Neta? Well… you can say he kinda reminded her of her weak and timid foster father, Tony Tab. Even though Neta doesn’t see her as his actual friend, he still looks up to her whenever he feels in trouble.
Well… that’s all I can say for now.
Every time I draw these guys in this cartoony style….I really want to make a funny short cartoon about them…..
